Aloha,

 My name is Patrcia - the owner of P. J. Originals.  I have been involved in the arts for as long as I can remember, first as a textile artist, and now as a jewelry artist  for about 7 years.   I moved to Hawaii from the suburbs of Chicago about three years ago and, of course, love it.   I do miss my grandchildren and go back and visit them often.  I have a wonderful little cart at the Hilton Hawaiian Village  - I live one block away, go there approximately twice a week and rent  the remaining days to other artists which gives me time to create my beads and jewelry. 

P. J. Originals specializes in handcrafted wearable art featuring my lampwork glass beads. I personally design and create each piece of jewelry offered for sale.  Most of my designs are one-of-a-kind, crafted with lampwork beads I have made myself - along with the finest quality sterling silver, pewter and crystals. I am inspired by the endless beauty around me and often Hawaiiana accents find their was into my jewelry.  My focus is on quality and classic combinations of color, texture and materials.  My passion is to create something timeless with that "WOW" factor for everyday or specials occasions  -  something that brings compliments and admiring glances and that friends will ask about and wish they had discovered.  ENJOY!

We all should take some take some time out of our busy lives to enjoy ourselves.  In Waikiki on Halloween night, thousands of people walk up and down the sidewalks dressed in every costume you can imagine and some of them are pretty wild.  This was the first time I expereinced this and it was really a lot of fun - if you are planning a trip in October, you would really enjoy it - people sat all along the sidewalks just watching the parade of costumes go by.  By the way, if any of you would like to know the name of my hairstylist, I'll be glad to share that with you.  :)
